Drink You Pretty

A lot of artist write songs pushing the boundaries of morals and ethics. Well, here it is…a fun, tongue in cheek song about a farmer who seems to have found a solution to reverse his wife’s aging process.

The Right Way

Almost every man goes through a stage in their life when they lead a soft of unscrupulous dating lifestyle. Thank you Holly for staying with me through my wicked ways and showing me how to treat a woman The Right Way.

A Pretty Good Start

I’ve had my heart broken a number of times and I blame my foolish pride as much as anything else. I tried to capture the mood and feelings of regret from each failed relationship and chances lost.

I'm Not Twenty Anymore

Quite simply, for those who don’t want to grow old and refuse to grow up…unfortunately, your body doesn’t always follow your mindset. Written about the revelation of how fast life flies by.

The Hardest Dance

What brings a tear to my eye at weddings is the father-daughter dance at the reception, as it reminds me of the day that I’ll be giving my daughter away. This song is for Chloe who will always be my little girl.

Any Other Way

I haven’t met a child who does’nt love the experience of a summer camping trip and I was no different. I wrote this song about the times my family and I made the trip to Coquihalla Lake for our annual summer holiday.

Money Tree

I don’t know how or why, but it seems every time I walk into a bank there is at least one exceptionally lovely lady employed there. This upbeat story is full of innuendos with a twist at the end and is dedicated to all of the alluring ladies of the business world.

When You Go

Carrie Jensen, a close friend of someone special to me, passed away on February 28, 2009 at the age of 31, after years of battling multiple brain tumours. Her courage and positive outlook was remarkable. I wrote this song for Carrie, a fan from Salt Lake City, UT, whose story inspired me.

Staycation

Most people need an annual vacation to unwind from the strains of everyday life. Who says you have to leave home? Light a couple of tiki torches, unplug your telephone, pop the top off a cold Corona, and enjoy a backyard getaway staycation style!

Walk A Mile

This song is three different stories in one. A testament to how we should be thankful for what we have in our lives because no matter how bad life becomes, someone out there has it worse.

I'll Be With You

Co-written by Don Harte and myself, a duet about a lonely man waiting for his soulmate to come into his life.
